I am installing an aftermarket amplifier to my pathfinder and I am wondering what Color of wire is the car amplifier trigger wire so I can splice and connect my remote wire for my aftermarket amplifier. Very lost and could use some help. Also if you know how to connect RCA output converters to the bose head unit and could explain that as well it would be much appreciated:)What color wire is the stock amplifier remot wire on a 2001 nissan pathfinder?
Light green/red is POSSIBLY it but you MUST test it first. Honestly, you should probably pay a shop to do it for you if dont know how to check the wiring or hook up an RCA output converter. That said, you can find the rear speaker connections, directly at the speaker if the Bose amp is mounted on the speaker(rare), and splice/tap (dont completely cut) them to the RCA conv. may need to extend wires from one side of the car to the other. Really think about paying a shop.
