Is this power Unit ok to use with nVidia GTX 260?

The card i want to buy is this:

The GTX260 requires:

- 525W PCI Express庐-compliant system power supply with a combined 12V current rating of 38A or more

- Two 6-pin PCI Express庐 supplementary power connectors -or- One 6-pin PCI Express庐 and two 4-pin peripheral supplementary power connectors



My questions:

- Im aware that i dont have 2x6 pin PCI's, i currently have a converter from Molex to 6pin so would it be ok to just buy another converter from Molex to 6 pin and use that as a secondary?

- Does the power unit above have 12V with current rating of 38A? Im not that good with power units.Is this power Unit ok to use with nVidia GTX 260?
