Installed line output converter, now there is no sound from stock speakers?

I hooked up and amp and subs to my friend's new car, an 08 civic with the non-premium sound system. She kept her factory head unit, so I put a line output converter on there. It's called the Scosche SL4.



So after everything was finished, it sounds great, but we noticed the rear speakers aren't working any more. I spliced into both of them to get signal for the input side of the LOC, but I ran the wire back to the speakers out the other side of the LOC.



I don't know what went wrong. Everything works fine except for those rear speakers. Any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like the connection to the speakers is now broken but still sending signal to the sub but not your speakers.
