If you mean the rca connection for your amp on a factory head unit then no. If you want to keep your factory head unit then purchase a Line output converter - RepNChichago

You need to find 2 sets of speaker wires in the car, behind the radio is the best place. Hook up the line output converter to the left and right outputs coming out of the radio, preferably using the rear speaker wires. You MUST make sure to get the phasing correct, ie positive and negative or you will have little or no sound. Then run the RCAs to the amp. Your car may have a factory amp, in this case you need to tap in after the fatory amp.How to install a Line output converter, to a factory RX-8 deck?

The answer above is correct, but behind the radio is not the best place. If your going to be running the line out from the Rear Speakers then running RCAs to the trunk then the logical location to install the Line out is in the trunk of the car. Will make the whole process much easier. Hook up the + and - to the correct wire to the rear speakers plug your RCAs in and enjoy.
