I have a 2006 legacy and was wondering if the stock head unit would have RCA jacks. If not would I need some sort of converter to connect to the factory harness?Connecting subwoofer and Amp to stock subaru head unit?
The stock head unit does not have RCA jacks. You would need to splice into your rear speaker wires and connect them to the high level in on your amplifier. If the amp doesnt have a high level input, you would need to purchase a line level inverter.
