Need to know how to hook up dvd player, antenna and converter box into old tv that only has 1 coaxial opening?

i have a very old tv that requires an antenna and converter box. i want to also hook up my dvd/vcr unit but everything seems to have to pass thru the converter box as there is only one coaxial cable or antenna connection available on the tv. also, my son will be wanting to connect his xbox to play games as well to this same tv.. get a coaxial box. they are small and have openings for four or eight items that you may need to hook up and all you have to do to switch which item you are using is press a button. you can leave all of your things still plugged in. I think they run at about $20 for one box.
