I have a TI-84 plus silver edition graphing calculator..I go under apps/scitolls/unit converter...
then i pick length for example..
I type in a random number lets say 45 and put mm after it then it has an arrow so i pick cm and click enter and i get 4.5E0 cm?
what does that mean the E and the 0 is 45mm to centimeter 4.5?
it always add an E0 after it how can i be sure i get the exact answer?Help ti-84 plus and measurement converter..problem? 10 points..?
The "E" you are seeing is simply a symbol used in scientific notation. All it means is "times 10 to the power of".
So 4.5E0 = 4.5 脳 10^0 = 4.5 脳 1 = 4.5
